To make this dream a reality, I’m setting up the Rabwah Foundation in Germany.
The Foundation will promote entrepreneurship, build business infrastructure, and develop social business in Rabwah.
It will operate under German law – ensuring security and transparency.
Overseen by an experienced, international finance team.
An international team of experienced volunteers will oversee every financial move – from Foundation to Fund.
Regular transparency reports will be published, ensuring every euro is accounted for.
When people trust us with their money, I believe they deserve clear visibility into how we operate.
Entrepreneurship is about learning from each other.
To encourage knowledge and experience exchange within the community – Rabwah2045 will create platforms where young entrepreneurs can learn from each other.
This will be facilitated through regular workshops and roundtable discussions in Rabwah.

The coworking space will serve as a shared workspace for startups where they can exchange ideas, learn from each other, and network.
The coworking space offers professional work infrastructure and reduces the costs of rent, electricity, internet, and other resources that startups would otherwise have to bear individually.
The Rabwah Development Fund will be established under the Rabwah Foundation.
This fund will operate as a social business investment, where investors recover their investment but take no profit.
The goal is clear: all resources go towards creating a vibrant, self-sustaining business ecosystem in Rabwah.
With a well-structured business plan, the fund will empower startups in Rabwah with the resources they need to succeed.
The first phase of Rabwah2045 focuses on validating the model through founder support, mentorship, and ecosystem building.
The long-term vision goes further.
Rabwah2045 plans to establish a Social Business Fund that can invest in selected startups and recycle capital into future founder support and ecosystem development.
The goal is not only to fund startups.
The goal is to create a permanent capital engine for Rabwah.
