For two decades, I’ve been trying to create jobs in Rabwah.

Rabwah2045 is my latest step to create a self-sustaining IT hub.

This draws from my experiences, challenges, and lessons learned, evolving with one goal…

To provide Rabwah’s talent with opportunities to grow independently.

Brief Overview

For about 20 years, I’ve been working on different projects to boost Rabwah’s economy and create sustainable jobs.

My commitment to Rabwah has shaped my vision for Rabwah2045.

During this time, I have intensively researched foundations and social business across Europe, Asia, and especially Africa, to apply these concepts to Rabwah.

2008 – Start of my first project in Rabwah

I rented an office, set up a functional workspace, and hired four IT specialists for my company, Outsourcing4work. My plan was to grow the team here, creating a foundation for more jobs in Rabwah.
Unfortunately, my health began to deteriorate, preventing me from traveling to Pakistan. By the end of 2008, I had to pause this effort, leaving the dream on hold.

2020 – Launch of “1000Jobs4Rabwah”

My second attempt had a larger vision. This time the goal was to create 1,000 new jobs in Rabwah within 5 years through my and other companies.
I rented a large office and made flexible work arrangements for a diverse team – including women who were offered free pick-and-drop services.
Our flexible work model provided space for several hundred employees with separate floors for men and women.
By 11.11.2021, I had successfully created 130 new jobs in Rabwah within my company and invested around €200,000 in the process.
Unfortunately, as my health declined further and business challenges arose, I had to let go of most employees, unable to move forward with the planned €1 million investment for 2022.

2024 – Start of the third project “Rabwah2045”

The setbacks only strengthened my resolve. My goal is to develop Rabwah into an IT hub by providing a platform to build so many remote startups by 2045 that could employ 10,000 people in Rabwah.
From the lessons of the past and my advanced illness, I want to structure the movement so that it can grow independently – without my direct involvement.
I am putting everything I have into Rabwah2045 – my knowledge, energy, and resources – to create a future-proof infrastructure for Rabwah’s economic development. Involving the community deeply and empowering people to take responsibility from day one.
Lively social media campaigns will be set up to build an active social media community for Rabwah2045.

My vision is simple: a robust, secure, and self-sustaining economic platform for Rabwah.

A place where local talent can connect with investors and top international mentors in IT, Digital Marketing, and Content Writing.

With the help of global supporters/helpers, I want Rabwah’s people to establish their own independent, remote businesses.

Rabwah2045 is based on the principle of “help for self-help.” Instead of providing people with only short-term support, we want to equip them with the skills to support themselves in the long term. Our goal is to develop Rabwah into a strong IT hub. By promoting top talents, we create the foundation for successful startups, which in turn create jobs and sustainable prosperity for the entire city.

How will it be ensured that the funds donated to the Foundation or invested in the Fund are used safely and transparently?

The Rabwah Foundation and the Fund will be established under German law and will therefore be subject to the strict supervision of German authorities, offering a high level of security. Additionally, an international team of volunteer financial experts will be deployed as a control and transparency board. These experts will regularly prepare reports that will be publicly accessible on our website.

Who decides which startups will be supported by the Fund?

Startups must submit a compelling business plan. An international team of volunteer experts will carefully review these plans and make recommendations for support. In addition, one or more fund managers will be responsible for managing the fund. The supported startups will later be controlled by the finance and transparency team and receive additional support through our mentoring program.

How will the Fund invest in startups?

The Fund will invest in promising startups from Rabwah and receive shares in the companies in return, similar to conventional funds. The key difference is that this Fund will not distribute profits. Instead, all profits generated will be reinvested in Rabwah to promote long-term growth and development.

Is there a guarantee that I will get my invested money back from the Fund?

Like any investment fund, there is no guarantee that you will get your invested money back in case of a loss. You acquire shares in the Fund and can recover only the invested amount. The key benefit of this Fund is that all profits generated are continuously reinvested in Rabwah, allowing your investment to contribute to the city’s economic development in the long term.

Why was the movement named Rabwah2045?

I love the name Rabwah. My entire life experiences with this city are connected with the name Rabwah. The number 2045 represents the realistic timeframe I see for the successful implementation of this project. It corresponds to roughly one generation needed to achieve profound change and transformation. However, with enough support, I am convinced that we can achieve this goal even faster.

Why should a separate social business be established in Rabwah?

Establishing a separate social business in Rabwah is essential to serve as a model for other startups. In Rabwah, there are few companies with more than 10 employees, and hardly any of them are successful in the international market. To develop talents and future leaders, an example is needed to show how to successfully build and run a company in Rabwah. With my over 12 years of experience leading a 100% remote company, I will personally contribute and convince other top talents to work in this company. Our goal is to establish this company as motivation and a model for other startups in Rabwah and thus also create jobs.
